Hey guys! My name is Justin Shoup. I am one of the the owners here at Extermco Pest Control.  I have been involved with the Pest industry for over almost 30 years. I started my career as “summer help” for both the pest and termite technicians. I learned the ins and outs of the industry by experiencing problems first hand. I first received my Oklahoma & Arkansas State licensing in 2000.

Since then I have been extremely involved in all aspects of our company, as well as our industry. I expect to continue my education year by year, and keep our technicians trained and customers well informed about the latest in the pest industry.

Extermco is a family owned business and I am proud do say that I am a third generation “Shoup” to be here. I am in the early beginnings in the industry as I am still in high school. I have worked every summer since I was 15, learning the ropes as a technician apprentice. I am currently studying to receive my licensing to be a commercial application in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

I co-founded Extermco Pest Control with my husband, Robert, in 1991. Together, we built a company focused on exceptional service,. Since then we have grown out of three buildings and expanding into Oklahoma and Missouri.

After Robert’s passing in 2020, I stepped into a more administrative role while my son, Justin, took on management. I’m proud of how our family business continues to thrive, with my grandson, Canon, also part of the team. It’s been an honor to see Extermco grow and serve our customers for over three decades.

Hello, I’m Joshua Folkerts. I was born and raised in Southern California. I moved to Greenwood Arkansas early 2020 with my wife and 3 kids. I have 15 years of experience in pest control. I started my career with Extermco in May 2020. I always give the best customer service possible. I love my job and I love what I do. I will always show up ready to handle any pest problem you might have. I can honestly say the Extermco is by far one of the best places I’ve worked and as a team we strive for greatness and customer satisfaction. 

I was raised on the north side of Fort Smith in a Christian home. I now live in Roland, OK., with my wonderful wife of 12 years and our 4 wonderful children. I have been employed at Extermco for over 9 years. I have a great deal of on the job training and experience. I attend all the required training classes as well as volunteer for any local seminars. I enjoy my job, and always aim to satisfy my clientele. I look forward to being your pest management professional.
